SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On August 9th 2017, at 1315 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police conducted a directed patrol on Interstate 89 southbound at mile marker 115 in the town of St. Albans. During this patrol the Trooper stopped an operator, later identified as Noah Rouleau, for travelling 97 miles per hour in a posted 65 mile per hour speed zone. Rouleau was charged with Careless and Negligent Operation, and ultimately released with a citation to appear in Franklin Superior Court on September 18th 2017 in order to face said charge.
