SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 08/13/2017 at approximately 12:30 AM the Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on US RT 7 near exit 2 in Bennington VT.  During the vehicle stop, police searched the vehicle locating a hallucinogenic drug.  James D. Pecor was found to be in possession of the hallucinogen and was arrested.  Percor was fingerprinted, photographed and issued a citation to appear in court at a later date.
