SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 07/03/17 at approximately 1840 hours Troopers responded to the area of 5148

East Road in Shaftsbury for a reported single vehicle crash with injuries. Upon

arrival Shaftsbury Fire and Bennington Rescue were on scene tending to the two

females involved in the crash.

A brief investigation revealed that Mattison was operating the truck and Tanner

Robinson was a passenger. Mattison was traveling northbound on East Road when

she lost control causing her vehicle to crash into a tree. Both females

sustained leg injuries and the truck sustained total damage from the crash. Some

details of the crash are still under investigation although speed appears to be

a contributing factor. Both females were transported to Albany Medical and were

in stable condition as of 2300 hours.
