SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At approximately 1455 hours, members of the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks were notified of a vandalism on Clarendon Ave, West Rutland, Vermont. Upon arrival Troopers met with Shane Bartshe. Troopers learned through a witness account, Shane Bartshe was responsible for causing damage to a mailbox of which he had no right to do so. Bartshe also violated his conditions of release by leaving the supervision of his care taker and by engaging in a violent behavior. Bartshe was flash cited and released to appear before the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on, Monday August 7, 2017 at 1230 hours
