SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:                            

 

On August 6th, 2017 at approximately 2206 hours, Troopers with the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks responded to a fight between two family members at a residence in the Town of Proctor. Upon arrival, Troopers identified one of the parties involved as Lindsay Cassell, age 20. Investigation revealed that Cassell, and another family member engaged in a physical confrontation wherein Cassell was found to be the dominate aggressor. Cassell fled the scene prior to Troopers arrival. Cassell was later located and taken into custody on August 7th, 2017 by Vermont State Troopers.  She was then transported to Marble Valley Regional Correctional Center in lieu of $5,000 cash/surety.
