SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08-11-17, at approximately 1450 hours, Vermont State Police observed a vehicle being driven by Yosefchaim Aryeh operating at a speed in excess of 100 MPH, in a posted 50 MPH zone. Aryeh was arrested and taken to the Rutland Barracks for processing. He was released on a Citation to appear at Superior Court of Vermont to answer the charges of Excessive Speed and Careless and Negligent Operation.
