SUMMARY OF CRASH:  Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks responded to the report of a two vehicle crash in Poultney, Vermont. After speaking with the vehicle operators, it was determined that Erin Haviland did not observe Thomas Dreeze in the roadway as she was backing from her driveway. As Erin Haviland did not observe the vehicle in the roadway and upon backing she struck the driver’s door of Thomas Dreeze causing damage to his vehicle.
