SUMMARY OF CRASH:  Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks responded to the report of a two vehicle crash in Mount Holly, Vermont. After speaking with the vehicle operators, it was determined that Kyle Littlefield did not observe Theresa McNamara stopped behind him as he attempted to reverse in the roadway. Theresa McNamara stated that she was unable to maneuver in time to avoid collision with the reversing truck. Kyle Littlefield’s cement truck struck the front end of Theresa’s car causing damage.
