SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On August 10, 2017, at approximately 1650 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Mt. Philo Road in the Town of North Ferrisburgh, after observing a motor vehicle violation. State Police made contact with the operator and sole occupant of the vehicle, Richard Packard Jr. During the Investigation, DMV records revealed Packard’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle on a public highway was criminally suspended. Packard was taken into custody, processed and released.  Packard was issued a citation to appear in Addison District Court Criminal Division on October 9, 2017 at 12:30 PM to answer to the charge of Driving while License Suspended - Criminal.
