SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 11th 2017, Troopers responded to an apartment complex located on Butcher House Drive in Waitsfield Vermont for a reported citizen dispute. The subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of Berry, Rugar, and Richardson for disorderly conduct. All were issued criminal citations to appear in Washington county court.
