SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 8/4/17 at approximately 0051 hours Vermont State Police stopped Russell Loiselle for an equipment violation on Route 5 in Derby, Vermont.  Investigation revealed that Loiselle did not have a valid Vermont Driver’s License.  Loiselle was under criminal suspension at the time of operation.  Loiselle received a citation to appear in Orleans District Court on 10/10/17 to answer to the charge of driving with a criminally suspended license.
