VIOLATION:  DUI 1st Offense

 

ACCUSED:  Peter Ouellette

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Jericho, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 7/2/17 at approximately 1523 hours, VT State Police were contacted by person(s) concerned about the welfare of Peter Ouellette.  Ouellette was reportedly driving intoxicated at high speed on RT 15 in Underhill.  Troopers located Ouellette in his vehicle at Mills Riverside Park in Jericho.  The subsequent investigation revealed that Ouellette had been operating under the influence.  Ouellette was taken into custody on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence, and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing.  Ouellette was cited to appear in Chittenden Court on 7/18/17 at 08:15 AM for DUI 1st Offense.  Following processing, Ouellette was taken to detox at the Chittenden Correctional Facility.
