SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 7/22/17 at approximately 1824 hours, Troopers stopped

Richard L. Trace Jr. of Colchester for a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent

investigation revealed that Trace did not possess a valid driver's license and

was under criminal suspension at the time of operation. Trace was

transported to the Williston State Police Barracks where he was processed and

released with a citation to appear in Chittenden Superior Court on September

12th, 2017.
