SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 7/14/2017 at approximately 0100 hours, Vermont State

Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation. The operator,

Brian Abair (50), of Burlington, was found to have a criminally suspended

license from prior Driving Under the Influence convictions. Abair was placed under arrest and processed at the Vermont State Police Williston Barracks before being released on a citation.
