SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 19, 2017, at approximately 0132 hours, the Vermont State Police responded to 19 River Road, in the town of Saxtons River, for a report of a 911 hang up. After an investigation, troopers discovered that Nina Clark, Brannan Saunders and Tammy Spicer assaulted a resident at the above address. The subjects were later cited to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on August 29, 2017 at 8 AM.
