SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 07/03/17 at approximately 1:15 am, members of the Vermont State Police were in the area of Smith Road, in the Town of Jamaica, investigating a reported incident. While on scene, multiple subjects, who were involved in the investigation, arrived at the residence, in a vehicle. Upon further investigation it was determined that the operator of that vehicle, Adrian M. Dix, 37 of Jamaica, VT, was under the influence of alcohol. Dix was administered the Standard Field Sobriety Exercise, and was subsequently placed under arrest for DUI. Dix was transported to the Winhall Police Department, were she was processed and released with a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court Criminal Division on 07/18/17 to answer to the charge of DUI.
