INCIDENT LOCATION: Grafton (Windham County) Vermont

VIOLATION: Domestic Assault

 

ACCUSED: Dayton W. Douglas                                                

AGE:34

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Grafton, Vermont

 

VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.)

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On this date and time, Vermont State Police responded to a residence in Grafton (Windham County) Vermont for a report of a family fight.

 

Vermont State Police arrested 34 year old Dayton W. Douglas for domestic assault after an investigation revealed that Douglas assaulted a member of his household. 

 

Douglas was released on conditions and issued a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on July 21st, 2017 at 1230 hours to answer to the charge of domestic assault.
