ACCUSED:  Mr. Michael Edward Chase

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Readsboro, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On July 14, 2017 at approximately 9:42 am, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on VT RT 112 southbound in Whitingham for an equipment violation.  Investigation revealed that the vehicle’s operator, Mr. Michael E Chase, 44 of Readsboro, as operating the vehicle after his license had been criminal suspended.

 

Mr. Chase was arrested and transported to the Wilmington Police Department in Wilmington for processing.  After processing Mr. Chase was released on a citation to report to the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division in Windham on August 15, 2017 at 8:00 am for arraignment.
