SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On July 10, 2017, at approximately 9:49 PM., members of the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks, responded to a single vehicle crash on Henwood Hill Road near US Route 5 in the Town of Westminster. Investigation revealed that the operator, Adam K. Bos-Lun, 26, of Bellows Falls, Vermont was under the influence of intoxicants at the time of the crash. Bos-Lun was arrested and transported to the State Police Westminster Barracks for processing. Manson was released with a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on July 25, 2017 to answer to a charge of DUI II refusal.
