INCIDENT LOCATION: Simpson Brook Rd. Townshend, VT.

VIOLATION: Confinement of animals in vehicles. Title 13 VSA 386.

ACCUSED: Jesse-Lynn V. Gentlewolf                                       

AGE: 67

TOWN: Townshend, VT.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 07-12-17 at approximately 1654 hours, VT State Police took a report of a dog left unattended in a vehicle on a hot day with the vehicle windows almost all the way up. An investigation confirmed this report was accurate and State Police seized the dog and gave it proper care. The owner of the dog, Jesse- Lynn Gentlewolf, 67, of Townshend, VT. was issued a criminal citation for; Confinement of animals in vehicles. Gentlewolf will answer to this charge in VT Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 08-08-17 at 0800 am.
