SUMMARY OF CRASH:  A Trooper with the St. Johnsbury Barracks was alerted of a single vehicle crash with a deer on East Burke Road, near the intersection with Mount Hunger Road. Upon Vermont State Police arrival, Fire and EMS personnel were treating the operator, 34-year-old Jeremiah Little for minor injuries.  Little stated that he was wearing his seatbelt and the airbags were not deployed.  After speaking with Little, and assessing the scene, it was determined that that the deer came from Mount Hunger road, and ran in front of Little’s southbound vehicle. Neither speed nor alcohol were a factor in this crash.
