SUMMARY OF CRASH: Troopers with the St. Johnsbury Barracks was alerted of a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Church street and Middle street in Lyndonville, VT. Upon Vermont State Police arrival, Fire and EMS personnel were checking both operators for injuries, both operator #1, 66-year-old Paulsi Angiyou, and operator #2, Gavin Wood had minor injuries. Both operators were wearing their seatbelts, and the airbags of vehicle #2 were deployed. After speaking with Angiyou, Wood and several witnesses and after assessing the scene, it was determined that that while Angiupou was attempting pull out of a parking lot on Church St, he failed to yield to oncoming traffic, a violation of Title 23 Vermont Statues Annotated 1074, vehicle entering roadway.
