INCIDENT LOCATION: Brook Road, Corinth, VT

VIOLATION: Unlawful Sheltering of a Runaway

 

ACCUSED: Tyler Bowen                                           

AGE: 18

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Norwich, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 07/12/2017 at approximately 1453 hours, VSP-St. Johnsbury began fielding several calls regarding the whereabouts of a runaway juvenile from Haverhill, New Hampshire. Callers reported seeing the juvenile hiding in a vehicle in the Bradford area. State Police and Bradford Police were able to locate the vehicle on Brook Road in Corinth and a traffic stop was conducted. The runaway juvenile was transported back to New Hampshire and placed in the custody of Haverhill Police.

  A passenger in the vehicle, Tyler Bowen, who had been seen with the juvenile in Bradford was taken into custody for Unlawful Sheltering of a Runaway. He was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Court on 08/30/2017.
