SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time the Vermont State Police responded to 57B Jefferson Ave. in the Town of Lunenburg for a reported family fight. Investigation revealed that Denise Roberts (27), of Lunenburg, VT, drove home from the Montpelier area intoxicated with six juveniles in her vehicle, three of which were under the age of ten. Once home, Roberts assaulted a family member then left in her vehicle. Roberts was located in her overturned vehicle in the area of 363 East Concord Rd. in the Town of Lunenburg. Roberts was processed for DUI, treated at NVRH, and lodged at Northeast Regional Corrections Facility for lack of $1000 bail.
