SUMMARY OF CRASH: On July 1st 2017, at approximately 1319 hours, Troopers with the

Vermont State Police responded to a two vehicle crash on I-91 Northbound at mile

marker 95/8. Troopers arrived on scene and learned that Faith Hough was

traveling south on I-91 when she traveled through the U-Turn, located at mile

marker 95/8, and onto I-91 north. Hough failed to observe a second vehicle,

operated by Jesse Weaver, traveling North in the right hand lane of

I-91. The front drivers side of Weavers vehicle struck the back passenger side

of Hough's vehicle causing damage to both vehicles. Hough and her three passengers

were checked by EMT's on scene and no injuries were reported. Weaver and his 2

passengers were checked by EMT's and transported to DHMC for precautionary

reasons. Troopers later learned Weaver and his passengers were evaluated at the

hospital and were found to be uninjured.
