VIOLATION: 2nd Degree Agg. Domestic Assault, Domestic Assault, Violation of Conditions of Release, Interference with Access to Emergency Services, Driving on a Criminally Suspended License #10.

AGE: 37

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Corinth, VT

 

VICTIM: Female (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims

of domestic violence.)

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State Police responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a residence on Parker Road in Vershire on 07/11/2017 at approximately 0805 hours. Upon arrival, Troopers learned Matthew Manning had assaulted a female at the residence earlier that morning.  Manning, who in pending criminal cases had been released on conditions of release including a 24 hour curfew and no contact with the victim, was subsequently arrested for 2nd Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Domestic Assault, several counts of Violation of Conditions of Release, Interference With Access to Emergency Services, and several counts of Driving on a Criminally Suspended License (#10).

  He was transported and subsequently processed for the above mentioned violations at the Bradford Outpost. While there, Manning experienced a medical emergency and was transported via ambulance to Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, NH where he was later arrested on an outstanding New Hampshire arrest warrant. Manning was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Court on 07/26/2017 for the above charges.
