INCIDENT LOCATION: Fisher Pond Road in St. Albans, VT.

VIOLATION: Arrest on Active Warrant and False Reports to Law Enforcement Authorities.

 

ACCUSED: Emily Robtoy                                          

AGE: 26

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: St. Albans, VT.

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 15, 2017 The Vermont State Police received an anonymous tip that Emily Robtoy, 26, of St. Albans, VT, was a passenger in a red Toyota Corolla that was seen leaving a local gas station in St. Albans, VT. Robtoy had an active arrest warrant for "failure to appear" for arraignment for the charge of Domestic Assault from the St. Albans Police Department. Troopers discovered the vehicle travelling northbound on Fairfax Road in St. Albans, VT, and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Robtoy provided the Troopers with a false name and date of birth. Robtoy was taken into custody an transported to the VSP St. Albans Barracks for processing. Robtoy was issued a citation to appear at the Franklin County Superior Court on July 17, 2017 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge of False Reports to Law Enforcement. At the conclusion of processing, Robtoy was lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility on $500.00 bail.
