SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On July 22nd 2017, at 1745 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Keri Bohannon on County Road in the town of Swanton due to a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that Bohannon did not possess a valid Driver’s License, and was in fact under criminal suspension at the time of operation. Bohannon was charged with Driving While License Suspended, and released with a citation to appear in Franklin Superior Court on August 21st 2017 in order to face said charge.
