SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 15, 2017 at approximately 1724 hours the Vermont

State Police responded to a report of a family fight in Fletcher, VT.

Investigation revealed that Amber Miller, 27, of Fletcher, VT, had physically

assaulted her partner and destroyed household items. Miller was released on a

citation to appear at the Franklin County Superior Court on Monday, July 17 at

1300 hours to answer to the charges of Domestic Assault and Unlawful Mischief.
