SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On July 1, 2017 Trooper Mattuchio was advised that Josie Cushing (47) had her vehicle stolen from her driveway in Fletcher, VT.

 

It was later learned that Cushing's son, Matthew Gillespie (26) stole her vehicle ultimately crashing in Cambridge, VT. Gillespie must appear in Franklin County Superior Court on July 31, 2017 at 1pm.
