VIOLATION:

1)      Possession of Hallucinogenic Drugs (Title 18 VSA 4235)

 

ACCUSED: Nicholas Koutrakos

AGE: 18

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Granville, New York

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On June 30, 2017, at approximately 1400 hours, Vermont State Troopers assigned to the Shaftsbury Barracks conducted a motor vehicle stop for a violation on Vermont Route 30 in the Town of Rupert, Vermont. The passenger of the vehicle was identified as Nicholas Koutrakos (Age 18). During the investigation, Troopers seized the vehicle and applied for a search warrant. A search warrant was granted through a Judge and investigation revealed that Koutrakos was in possession of Hallucinogenic Drugs. Koutrakos was cited at a later date and time to appear in Bennington Criminal Court on October 30, 2017 at 8:15am.
