SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On July 18, 2017, at approximately 1550 hours, Troopers of the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks were notified of a violation of an abuse prevention order at 237 Chittenden Road, Chittenden, Vermont. Investigation revealed that Thomas D. Asma Jr was on scene when Troopers arrived. A record check revealed that an active temporary order for relief from abuse was in affect at this time. The order states that Thomas D. Asma Jr shall stay 300 feet away from Plaintiff’s residence. Asma was in violation of the order at this time. Asma was issued a citation to appear in Rutland County Superior Court on July 19, 2017 to answer to the charge.
