SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On July 17, 2017, at approximately 0110 hours, Troopers at the Vermont State Police – Rutland Barracks were notified of a single vehicle crash on VT Route 30 in the Town of Hubbardton, Vermont.

Initial investigation revealed that the vehicle was traveling northbound on VT Route 30, when the operator started to travel off the northbound shoulder. In an attempt to regain control, the operator overcorrected the vehicle and traveled across both lanes, exiting the roadway on the southbound shoulder. The vehicle overturned onto to the driver’s side upon exiting the roadway. The two occupants of the vehicle were wearing seatbelts, and neither of them sustained injuries due to the crash.

The Vermont State Police were assisted by Hubbardton Fire Department, and R&D Motors of Castleton.
