SUMMARY OF CRASH: 

 

On July 10, 2017 at approximately 1602 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police – Rutland barracks were notified of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of US Route 7 and Diamond Run Mall Place, Rutland, Vermont.

Preliminary investigation determined that James Webb was operating a 2015 Nissan Van, northbound on US Route 7, while Rachel Most was operating a 2002 Honda sedan also northbound. Most attempted to make a right turn from US Route 7, onto Diamond Run Mall Place. As Most reduced her speed, Webb’s vehicle struck the rear of the vehicle causing damage.
