SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

 

On June 26, 2017, at approximately 1026 hours, members of the Vermont State Police assigned to the Rutland  Barracks, were notified of a theft complaint which took place at a residence located on Knipes Drive, Clarendon, Vermont. The victim reported having an amount of money, which was statutorily defined as a felony amount, from her residence.  Further investigation, which included multiple witness interviews, lead to probable cause to charge Shannon Rajda for the above offense. Rajda was subsequently issued a citation and later released to appear before the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on June 30, 2017 at 1230 hours.
