SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On 07/04/2017 at approximately 1913 hours Vermont State Police were

notified of an individual attempting to light an excavator on fire. The

homeowner stopped the individual prior to him being able to ignite the fire, and

provided Vermont State Police with the license plate and type of vehicle.

Vermont State Police stopped the vehicle, and upon further investigation Samuel

Linstead was cited for the charge of Fourth Degree Arson.
