SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, Vermont State Police in Royalton conducted a traffic stop on Route 107 in Bethel

after observing two motorcycles traveling 89mph in a 50mph zone. The two operators were identified as

Alec Stevens and Ernest Meuse. Stevens and Meuse were processed at the Royalton Barracks for Excessive Speed

and release with a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court on August 29th, 2017 at 0800 hours.
