SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 7-8-17, Troopers from the Royalton Barracks stopped for a vehicle broken down on Interstate 91 in Hartford. Investigation revealed the operator of the vehicle was driving criminally without a license. Mahoney was arrested, processed and released with a criminal citation to appear in Windsor Superior Criminal Court to answer to the offense.
