SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 7/22/17 at 4:00 PM, State Police responded to the report of a possible violation of conditions of release in the Town of Jamaica. Investigation revealed that Theodore Soobitsky was in violation of his conditions of release stemming from a prior arrest for domestic assault. Soobitsky was processed at the Westminster Barracks and released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court to answer to the charge.
