SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On July 16, 2017 at approximately 0205 hours Vermont State Troopers conducted a motor vehicle stop on I-89 Northbound in the Town of Colchester after observing a moving violation. Subsequent investigation revealed the operator, 48 year-old Craig Perrine of Austin, Texas, was under the influence of alcohol. Perrine was arrested and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing. He was later lodged at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility and ordered to appear in court on 7/17/17 to answer to the charge of DUI Refusal.
