INCIDENT LOCATION: Button Bay State Park, Ferrisburgh

VIOLATION: DUI Refusal

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 07/07/17 at approximately 2103 hours, Vermont State Police received a call about a possible intoxicated driver at the Button Bay State Park camp ground in the Town of Ferrisburgh.

 

Upon arrival of State Police, the operator and lone occupant of the vehicle was located and identified as Kevin Real.  Further investigation revealed Real had been drinking alcoholic beverages prior to driving and was subsequently taken into custody for the offense of DUI.  Real was transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing and later released on a citation for this offense.
