SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On July 10th  2017 at 2120 hours, State Police were notified of a 2 car motor vehicle crash on S Hill Rd near box number 1031 in Williamstown, Vermont. Investigation revealed Vehicle #1 was operated by Dennis Henry of Williamstown, Vermont. Vehicle #2 was operated by Chad Russo of Williamstown, Vermont. Henry was traveling north when he collided with Russo traveling in the opposite direction on S Hill Rd. Vehicle #1 did not stop at the scene and was later located at 4102 VT RT 14; lot 33.  Vehicle #1 had driver side front bumper, quarter panel, and tire damage as a result of the crash. Vehicle #2 had driver side front bumper, quarter panel, and tire damage as a result of the crash. Henry’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle was criminally suspended. There were no injuries as a result of the crash. Vehicle #2 was towed from the scene. Henry was unable to perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests. Henry was taken back to Middlesex State Police Barracks for processing. Henry was cited to appear in Orange County Superior Court-Criminal Division on 07/10/17 to answer to the charge of DUI, LSA, and DLS.
