SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 7/7/17, at approximately 1345 hours, the State Police responded to a single vehicle crash that occurred on Creek Rd, in the Town of Irasburg. Initial investigation revealed that vehicle #1 was traveling northbound on Creek Rd when it struck a powerline, causing the pole to collapse. Operator #1 was found to be carrying a load too high, and this caused the vehicle to hit the wires. Operator #1 advised he was not injured as a result of the crash. Creek Rd was closed for a short period of time, but has been reopened. Any information regarding the crash can be forwarded to Tpr. Burns at the Derby Barracks.
