SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 7/7/17 at approximately 1750 hours, VSP-Derby Troopers on patrol in the town of Derby stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Nelson Hill Rd.  The operator, identified as Lindsay Bishop, was found not to have a valid operator’s license, as well as to have previous convictions for the same.


Bishop was placed under arrest for operating without a license and transported to the VSP-Derby Barracks, where she was processed and released with a citation to appear in court.
