SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 07/30/2017 at 2112 hours, the State Police were notified of a vehicle with a possible intoxicated operator by members of US Border Patrol. While speaking with the operator, William Starr, a strong odor of intoxicants were detected emitting from Starr’s person. Starr willingly performed standardized field sobriety exercises. Investigation also determined that Starr’s license was criminally suspended. Starr was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and Driving while criminally suspended. Starr was transported to the Vermont State Police Derby Barracks where he was processed then lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail.
