SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 07-04-17 at approximately 12:30 hours, the Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on a silver Ford Focus for traveling at 78 mph in a posted 65 mph zone near Exit 4 on Interstate 91.  The operator Oscar Cruz of Putney produced a non-driver's identification card.  A check of his Department of Motor Vehicles record revealed he was criminally suspended in the State of Vermont.  Cruz was given a Criminal Citation at the scene and released.  Cruz had his vehicle towed by Al's towing service.
