DAMAGE TO VEHICLE #1: Total Loss

INJURIES: Minor neck and back pain, exact injuries unknown at this time.

SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 6/4/17 at approximately 0623 hours, Williston State Police were notified of a

single vehicle crash on Interstate 89 south in the Town of Milton, VT. Milton

Fire, Milton Rescue, and State Troopers responded to the scene. A Pontiac G6

operated by Avonlea Perretta of St Albans traveled from the right travel lane,

across the left passing lane, and off the highway into the median. Once the

vehicle traveled into the median it collided with rock ledge. The passing lane

of I-89 south at mile marker 101 was shut down for approximately one hour.

Perretta was transported to Northwestern Medical Center for minor neck and

back pain. This crash is still under investigation.
