SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On June 1, 2017 at approximately 2152 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 89 southbound in the town of South Burlington after observing a motor vehicle violation. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Brian T. Corwell, 27 of Enosburg Falls. Corwell was subsequently arrested for operating with a criminally suspended license, Violation of Conditions and Cruelty to a Child. Corwell was transported to the Williston Barracks where he was processed. Corwell was lodged at the Chittenden County Correctional Center and is expected in Chittenden Superior Court on June 2, 2017.
