SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 8, 2017, at approximately 6:58 P.M., the Vermont State Police responded to a residence in Peru, Vermont in an attempt to locate an individual who had an active warrant out for their arrest. While at the residence, Troopers encountered Jasmine Millette, who repeatedly interfered with the investigation. Millette was arrested and transported to the Winhall Police Department for processing. She was processed and release with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
