SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/19/2017 at approximately 0743 hours Vermont State

Police were notified of an attempted burglary at a residence on Whites Hill Road

in the Town of Cavendish. The suspect vehicle was located a short time later by

a Chester Police Officer. Subsequent investigation revealed the defendant had

entered the residence unlawfully and had attempted to gain further access into

the home by force. The defendant was also operating a motor vehicle with a

criminally suspended license and was in violation of previously issued

conditions of release. The defendant was subsequently arrested for violating the

above charges and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for

processing.
